    Washington Football Team

Also, I find it hilarious that Kansas City has said Chiefs is not Indian-based but rather named after a guy named Big Chief. The irony is the Bartle dude was called Chief by his boy scout tribe that he himself founded with Indian teachings. Nevermind the freaking arrowhead for the logo. Braves...

    Washington Football Team

I've long been conflicted on this topic. The sad thing is that outside of some token history lessons in grade school, the only remembrance of Native Americans is through those very sports team names. Once they're gone, the eradication will be complete. Whats more, I believe most sports teams...

    2021-2022 Eligibility Chart

The best way to look at the eligibility chart is for the year after what is displayed above since none of our freshmen are usually required to come in and play. By that time we'll basically have 4 front court players left on the roster (provided they're all still here) and we have no idea if...

Schools have started to cancel football games...

My guess is that is what most conferences will come out and say as it buys them about a month to see if there is any significant change.

Yikes, didn't realize they were double dipping. My guess is that was worth like $1.5-2.5m since FBS teams usually get significantly more for money games.

More realignment coming -- driven by hoops?

Yep, here it is unless they've changed course. https://www.collegeandprosportslaw.com/uncategorized/update-ncaa-rejects-blanket-waiver-of-minimum-sports-requirement-in-midst-of-covid-19/

More realignment coming -- driven by hoops?

Believe I posted about that back in April but I could have sworn the NCAA denied the waiver.

Looks like the Big Ten is cancelling non-con. This will only further amplify lower tiers as they'll lose their money games.

More realignment coming -- driven by hoops?

Again, I think all of the conference leadership thinks way too much of themselves, but with the actual statistics out there and how schools with massive media deals and endowments are posturing, this is the only way we're going to survive IMO unless the NCAA waives minimum sport requirements...

    2021-2022 Eligibility Chart

I'd say he probably was crossed off when Hale committed. If not, he had ample time to commit and chose not to. So either he no longer had an actionable offer or he didn't want to be here.

    2021-2022 Eligibility Chart

Added Calderon after his commitment tonight. Interesting with the recent PG offer and it looking like we're going to be very guard heavy. Will be interesting to see if we've got player movement. Otherwise you've got to have a big with the last spot, no?
