Most of the time, a recruit ends up in the cross hairs of a collegiate coaching staff by design. Tyler Cutter, a 6-foot-0, 175-pound*point guard from Murfreesboro, Tenn., has made a verbal commitment to play basketball for Indiana State University starting in the 2008-09 season.
