Grad transfer makes the most sense based on our track record, but I would have low expectations on who that player would be. I think we got pretty lucky with Qidar 2 years ago, and players like Holston are more likely for us. Decent depth guy, but probably nothing that pushes us over the top considerably. If they go the grad transfer route I’d prefer they focus on defense. That’s what Holston was supposed to be and it didn’t really turn out that way. Finding an above average defender should be easier than finding 12 points per game in a grad transfer.
I highly doubt we leave it open. We just don’t seem to ever do that.
