Non Conference Schedule is out. Only 2 home games! November 4 & 15. They don't play at home the from November 15 until their first conference game around January 1. Unbelievable - 2 Home Games, 8 Road Games and a neutral site game . Nice to have recognizable names like Purdue, Iowa State, Marquette, but for a rebuilding program, this schedule is bonkers.

Awful schedule for a team that is going to be young and rebuilding. The home schedule is a joke, similar to the men's but even worse. Going to be some tough road games as mentioned before to the likes of Purdue, Iowa State & Marquette

Yeah comparing Purdue's schedule to ours doesn't work. Different worlds. It's not a bad schedule at all. It's very tough, but there are also 7-8 winnable games.

Purdue can pay to have nine teams come to Mackey. We can't, in both men's and women's basketball.

Show our new coaches some grace with their schedules, they were late to the party and are playing a different scheduling game than even just two years ago. Be grateful for the home games we do get lol

not as difficult to schedule when you come off an 11-21 season, have a new coach & an unknown team. now win a couple of those road games & see who will play you the next season ...... the life of a mid-major.

Got to watch a bit of the women's game at #8 Iowa State last night - held a top-10 team to just 64 points. Offensively looks like it's going to be another tough year, just not a lot of firepower, but immediate and possible overreaction is that Coach Mitchell's team plays a tougher style of basketball than the last 6 years. To be fair though, that's not a high bar.

I was also impressed with their performance last night. Our starters held with their starters and it was tied at 26, but we just couldn't match their depth and they pulled away. In previous years this would have been a 90-28 loss or thereabouts so it was nice to see us be competitive for the first half and still fighting in the 2nd.
