I was at State 1991-1997 and had an absolute blast. I lived in Rhodes Hall years 1 & 2 and moved off campus the rest of the time. I attended all football games yrs 1, 2 & 3 and several basketball games all years. :sycamores:

I was at State 1996-2001 and I too had an absolute blast. I didn't live on campus, but I was heavily involved in many things on campus working for Information Technology as a campus network tech, served in the SGA, Union Board and was a member of the Greek community.

Just to clear things up...I'm not an alum of ISU. Only affiliation is w/ a staff member. I went to Casper College in Wyoming and played hoops there for 2 years then transferred down to UWyoming and finished there.

Fear the Cowpatties!!!! 2-0 and headed to Boise St this weekend...hopefully they continue their decent play on the blue turf.

I attended ISU off & on from '69 thru '80 (undergrad/grad). A Social Science Ed major/PE minor combo placed me in direct contact w/ ISU athletes over that time period. I also had roomates that were:

1) All-American Gymnast - KEVIN MURPHY (Elkhart, IN);
2) NCAA Regional Heavyweight Wrestling Champ - BAXTER BROWN (Savannah, GA);
3) Small College Football All-American MLB - JOHN KARASZIA (Crabtree, PA);

A Theta Chi Fraternity member, I also had several brothers that were ISU athletes.

I've been an ISU fan since I knew what basketball was. Got my start watching Bird in Hulman Center, nauseated my way through the Schellhause/Greene/Locke years, went horse many times over big wins and championships in the Waltman era, and now I'm ready to see some banners hung during the KMac era.

I went to State from 88-92, met my wife there, had a blast. Good times, goooood times...:D

Enrolled Fall 1962 majoring in Radio-TV with aspirations of becoming the next Dick Biondi of WLS disc jockey fame. Decided this wasn't really my cup of tea. Changed major to P.E. thinking about becoming a basketball coach. Still unsure, so I joined the Marine Corps in exchange for an all expense paid tour of Vietnam. Returned to ISU in 1970 graduating in 1972 with a BS in Marketing. Member of Tap-A-Keg-A-Day and I-Felt-A-Thigh.:D
