I watched the replay of Belmont vs UNI after the ISU game. Belmont led by 19 in the first half but UNI won. (by 7 I believe). Announcers said it was Belmont's 5th loss at home this year which had not happened in recent memory.

It should be an offensive explosion game as Belmont is an effective, high-tempo offensive team that has trouble slowing down opponents.

The good news I guess is that even if Belmont buries you in the first 10 minutes of the game, it is likely to let you back into the game over the next 30.

Belmont is just better than us. I hope I’m proven wrong, but not once in our first matchup did I think we had a chance to win. I hope we give it our best effort but sometimes that’s just not enough.

We stand zero chance tomorrow - but I’m going to the game anyway… First road game in awhile. First road game with my wife since maybe IU vs ISU, she’s 1-0 on the road.

Last road game other than that with my wife - she was at the hospital in Indy having just given birth to our son and I went over and watched Ball State v ISU in Gambridge. 🤣 That’s the last time we went to a road game together.

So one could say she’s 2-0 hammer the Sycamores.

*Discounting our Arch Maddness trips. Ugh.

Another absolutely insanely high opening o/u line at 171.5 just like last time these two met. They didn't get to the over a few weeks ago in Terre Haute.

Didn't you work for Union Hospital? Should we read something into this or were you two just driving through at the time?
