Can the Sycamores petition the Missouri Valley Conference to be able to play the rest of their games at the Hulman Center?
That seems like the best way to win out for Indiana State, which improved to 10-1 at home this year with a Feb. 12 victory over Bradley.
The Sycamores play their next two at Hulman, starting with a Feb. 16 game against second-place Illinois State.
If Indiana State is hoping for a first-round bye in the MVC tournament, it needs to continue to win to move up to a top-six spot in the standings.
Following the win over Bradley, Indiana State was 6-8, a half-game out of sixth place behind Northern Iowa. The Sycamores have to start playing with a little more sense of urgency in order to stay out of the play-in day.
