TERRE HAUTE ? When Koby Kraemer began his recruiting process for baseball, he had Evansville purple and orange on his mind.
But the Terre Haute South shortstop?s way of thinking eventually came around to blue-and-white.
Kraemer, a three-year starter for the Braves, made a verbal commitment Wednesday night to play baseball for Indiana State. Kraemer is the third recruit for ISU coach Lindsay Meggs? 2009 freshman class, joining Marshall?s Kyle Burnam and Austin?s Dylan Hale.
?When I first started it was Evansville, they were the first people to ever contact me,? Kraemer said. ?But as the recruiting process went on, and I had all the offers on the table, I felt ISU was the best fit.?
