Bullsh**t ....... Do we want to "pretend" to be like an IU, Notre Dame "better than them" bunch of a$$holes? Like baseball "anyone, anytime, anywhere". This is a good team to schedule with every season.they should never be on the schedule, pre-season, exhibition or non-conference - never on a schedule
There's no pretending, Indiana State is a far BETTER school than ISUE can ever dream of becoming.Bullsh**t ....... Do we want to "pretend" to be like an IU, Notre Dame "better than them" bunch of a$$holes? Like baseball "anyone, anytime, anywhere". This is a good team to schedule with every season.
I've no interest in H&H with Purdue-Ft Wayne, not Ind/Purdue-Indianapolis either... Where's the benefit of playing Chicago State? Or SIU-Edville?I think we should play every D1 school in Indiana and Illinois that is willing to do a H&H series with us.
Possible you might consider being a fan of some other team ..... hint hint hint.I've no interest in H&H with Purdue-Ft Wayne, not Ind/Purdue-Indianapolis either... Where's the benefit of playing Chicago State? Or SIU-Edville?
Hell, YOU probably think we should help re-establish Northeastern Illinois' athletic program JUST to add another Illinois Div I program
I don't see what the the big deal is. I just want some close non-conference games against regional D1 schools. If we're so much better than these other schools you mention then let's go to their place and beat them. I'm not sure how anyone can get the idea that we're too good to play someone at the D1 level anyways. What exactly have we done recently that's so impressive?I've no interest in H&H with Purdue-Ft Wayne, not Ind/Purdue-Indianapolis either... Where's the benefit of playing Chicago State? Or SIU-Edville?

I don’t understand the hatred either. Much better than playing Oakland City or Hanover.I don't see what the the big deal is. I just want some close non-conference games against regional D1 schools. It should be we (usi) have only one D1 non conference home game and Indiana State is the game. I hope we can get a sell out for the Indiana State game.I wonder if we'll be their very first D1 home game.
Who would you want on your non conference schedule if you refuse to play those schools?I've no interest in H&H with Purdue-Ft Wayne, not Ind/Purdue-Indianapolis either... Where's the benefit of playing Chicago State? Or SIU-Edville?

I'm a little surprised USI and Evansville haven't scheduled each other yet. That would be a game I'd be very interested in.It should be we (usi) have only one D1 non conference home game and Indiana State is the game. I hope we can get a sell out for the Indiana State game.
The short bus for fans of other teams posting here is full - "Sycamorefan"96 and Bunksh*tPossible you might consider being a fan of some other team ..... hint hint hint.
Aren't you an IU fan?The short bus for fans of other teams posting here is full - "Sycamorefan"96 and Bunksh*t
Coach Gouard (USI) and Coach Ragland (UE) have talked. Sounds like USI wants to get on their feet first before UE-USI play in men's basketball. UE and USI will be playing each other in men's soccer. Also I saw USI's swimming will travel to Terre Haute and play Indiana State/Valparaiso in a tri meetI'm a little surprised USI and Evansville haven't scheduled each other yet. That would be a game I'd be very interested in.

How did you come up with this? There's no pretending, Indiana State is a far BETTER school than ISUE can ever dream of becoming.
It was going to be but I now have heard USI picked up a home game with Wisconsin-Green Bay on December 7 and the USI-Indiana State is on December 11. It is nice USI is getting another D1 home game but it would have been nice if Indiana State was USI's very first D1 home game.I wonder if we'll be their very first D1 home game.
