Probably what to expect going forward as ISU will be on the prowl for portal transfers who can play immediately. I felt that all but one of the signees had a respectable HS resume. I suppose every class needs a big project that might pay off. Playing in the MVFC should be a drawing card for any player anxious to prove he can compete against the best of FCS football. Per internet, there were 34 players in late 2024 on active rosters (not including practice squad players) in the NFL who finished at MVFC schools and who knows how many there are who transferred out to FBS schools for a year or two.

Which One do you like?

I guess I wasn't clear. I felt all but one had respectable high school resumes. The concentration in the St. Louis area was interesting.

The other seems like a project, I am not naming names.

My personal preference would be for smaller, more mobile offensive lineman; however, the chance of that shift occurring is as likely as scholarship offer coming my way

The ISU staff does have a propensity to recruit huge, somewhat slow-footed offensive linemen. Always looking for that diamond in the rough, the type they think they can develop. Big guys who can move their feet well are a premium and are getting sucked up by FBS schools. Perhaps we do need to recruit a kid who may lack an inch or two in height, but can move their feet a little better.
