If we just converted half the layups we missed in the first half and didn’t have an 11 pt hole this could have been a win

Effort was there though. I will take that effort in every MVC game

It was at least closer to a complete game than we have had recently.

Here is hoping for similar effort tomorrow with a better outcome

I will not complain about that effort. We need to play smarter and finish better at the rim. Defense still needs work, but i will take that effort all year long. Sucks to lose, but I can handle that. Hope we build off that second half for tomorrow.

Came here to pretty much write all that. Legree sounds like a great spark. Anyone who watched, were the players still bickering at each other? Hope not.

I could only listen, but it seemed like Summers didn’t play down the stretch. Any reason for that? Maybe we just played better……

I turned the sound off on the broadcast as it came through my iPad like a soup can so if the announcers mentioned anything about injury I didn’t hear it.

My guess would be the team started clicking and Graves didn’t mess with a good thing.

I agree. They are getting to the rim? Just not falling.

Don't see too many defensive stoppers out there. Just need to be more efficient on offense and try to outscore everybody. When we're hitting we win, not hitting we lose. As long as the effort is there we can get better defensively.

Not disagreeing that our defense can be better, but Arkansas St also hit some tough shots in the lane.
