another decent team coming to TH tonight. If ISU can play like it did against DePaul in the
2nd half it could be a big win, if they play like the 1st half, it could be ugly. ASU is 4-1 I think and has beaten Murray State, Murray State CRUSHED WKU, WKU beat SIU pretty handily and WKU beat Louisville pretty easily yesterday, so who knows how this game will go??

Right on, CC, if the second half DePaul game team shows up, we'll notch our first win of the season. If the other team shows, we're toast. Here's hoping that the young 'uns learned a BIG lesson on Saturday - that they can play with anyone.

7-0 ISU, off to a good start, but we saw this on Saturday too, so it's too early to get too fired up.

a good start though for ISU, sounds like ISU is rebounding pretty good. They must have really worked on that this weekend.
 
Once again, video not working...sadly.

It sounds good so far on the Crock. Really seems like they've stepped up the intensity at least in terms of rebounding. ASU is getting open looks from 3 though it sounds...can't tell how well contested they've been or if they're just not hitting.

20-7 ISU leads. Much better and the rebounding is pretty good for ISU. Sounds like they're missing some easy shots though.

let's hope they keep this up!
 
Sounds like the wheels are coming off the bus. 22-19. Tunnel hits a shot and gets fouled. 24-19. Free throw is...25-19...

wow, what a DREADFUL end to that half

25-23 ISU leads, ISU blew a double digit lead. Unbelievable. NO urgency for ISU at all. I don't get it????
 
Only a two point lead at half time. Led 20-7, and then gave up a 16-5 run to end the half. If we can just put two solid halves together, we will win this game. On a brighter note, I cancelled my subscription to SycamoreVision because I have grown tired of it never working. Rarely worked last year, and I am not sure why I thought this year would be better. Not working at all tonight, and don't feel like fighting with it all season long.....
 
On the surface, we should be winning this game big. We are holding our opponent to 33% shooting, keeping up with them on the boards, we have only committed two turnovers and have a 4-1 assist to turnover ratio....we just can't put the ball in the basket. Huge dry spell is what is doing us in......
 
I just want to see ISU play with some urgency, some emotion here in this 2nd half. I mean really, ISU should be up by 10+ points like you all said, this is a WINNABLE game for ISU, if they lose this it's going to get ugly.

This is pathetic. We suck. Looks like we're gonna suck for the foreseeable future. These guys have no idea how to play with emotion and intensity. At this rate, we'll be lucky to win 10 games all season...:censored::censored::censored:

That said, we could always turn it around...:bigsmile:

You're right though ITF, I can't even listen to this.
 
Anybody else get tired of sucking at everything? This is really a spirit breaker. To dominate a Big East team on their court, and then come home and play like this is just frightfully sad. I don't know what's going on, but I can't stand listening to it, and I'm glad I didn't brave the snow to drive an hour and a half to watch it.

When will we be good at anything???????????????????????????????????????????????????????:mad:
