I believe you will be proven wrong. Ball State and Indiana State may very well be in same conference in 10 years. Butler and ND in hoops--games may not be frequent, buy they will occur. The next five years will have a dramatic effect on our schedule for the following 5 to 10 years. Vandy--will not likely happen. It was an open date for both and a frined tht got it work before.

Ball State attendance for home games is really up this year. First two games were over 11,000 and 14,000. We need to figure out what they did to improve the interest. It was not winning because they are not.

No big secrets really. They still can't get students to the games. Will be curious what their attendance looks like this weekend coming off back-to-back road losses of 55-3 to Western Mich. and 31-3 to Akron in the last two weeks. They've lost three in a row on the road.

Last weekend, Northern Illinois had fewer than 12,000 at a home game, and they beat Nebraska this year.

And they almost beat a ranked team in San Diego State this year. They've had one losing season since their Orange Bowl appearance and still can't consistently fill even half of Huskie Stadium. And the crazy thing, they're looking at expanding the size of the stadium!!!!!

Don't know if anyone has been to the NIU campus in recent years, but when we took a visit with our youngest around 2011 it was an absolute dump. Maybe all their $ are going to the stadium instead of other facilities.

Is that actual people in the stands or sold tickets?
