Played in a golf tourney today w/ my work...we were -7 after 8 holes then the wheels fell off (alcohol was being consumed in mass quantities by my teammates and low quantities by myself.) Finished -9 for the day.
Tomorrow is a 5k downtown...Race for the Cure w/ my co-workers, one of which is currently going thru treatments for breast cancer. It appears as though we'll be running in the rain/thunderstorm.

It Homecoming weekend in Mascoutah. The team is ranked in the top ten in 4A and play an exciting brand of football. My daughter is a varsity cheerleader and on the "Homecoming Court" so I'll be fully immersed in all things "high school football." Any other weekend and I would have made the 3 hour drive for the Big Blue Block party...
