Belmont and Murray gives the mvc 2 divisions with private and public.... nothing wrong with obvious secularism. Also, SLU and Wichita State... gives 7 and 7 and an easy 3 bid league and quite more appealing for all considered. A fun and exciting conference tourney as the states and privates battle it out.

Not to mention the obvious cost savings and rivalry potential with geographic common sense. SLU and Wichita State - can't be pleased with current situation. A Good Quality MVC Mega Conference can be created with schools that have common values and goals in this region. I would guess that a conference such as this would garner some good streaming revenue and even games on the national broadcast scene. Really what powerful private and public divisional conference that would be... You ALL have to admit trips to SLU and Nashville would be pretty kewl. Not to mention, for those who like to boat, camp, fish - Murray State is a fantastic trip. That locks in major cities Nashville and St. Louis - already have Chicago and the thriving metropolis of Terre Haute.

Heck - go for the gusto... UTA & ORU! Go west and give Wichita something to nibble on out there.

UT Arlington can stay in whatever league they are in. They are an absolute nobody and it's embarrassing that the MVC ever contacted them about anything.
