2013 Upcoming Season - Early Reviews

What's the upcoming season look like to you? Shortfalls? Areas for improvement? Where will we be vulnerable? What's the rest of the MVC look like?

Kind of quiet on here with regards to football...

Gets that way this time of year, especially when the basketball team is decent. Plus, baseball is kicking off and we've been pretty good there, too. It will pick back up though.

At this point, I'm hoping the new coaching staff brings some life to our offense and that our defense doesn't fall off with so many seniors departing. We had one of the best defenses in the FCS last year. Would be nice to see that continue. We need more from the rest of our offensive weapons though beyond Bell.

There are so many unknowns at this time on both sides of the ball. Chemistry is also an unknown. New coaches add to the mix. Is the glass half full or half empty? When you consider where we were just a few years ago, it seems we might be lucky to still have a glass.
