[Committed Elsewhere] '23 IN PG Dravyn Gibbs-Lawhorn (Purdue)

Dravyn Lawhorn-Gibbs currently goes to McCutcheon which is in 4a the top class. He is a PG and is about 5'11 or 6'0. Currently at McCutcheon this season he is averaging 20.8 PPG as a freshman which is very impressive. Not only does he average that as a freshman, he also shoots 39% from 3.

I'll give you guys some of my personal thoughts this weekend after I watch him against a tough defensive team in Zionsville. Definitely seems like a guy we should watch.

First off some key context about how the game went:
Zionsville was near incredible on defense the entire game
Zionsville is much taller than Gibbs and all of McCutcheon

McCutcheon failed to score in the first quarter and Gibbs had some decent ball handling but missed 4-5 shots.

In the second quarter he started heating up, he got his teams first shot which was a deep NBA range 3. He also got a tough floater and another fadeaway 3 in that quarter.

In the 3rd things got interesting with him, he hit another 3 (or 2) and then hit an insane floater fading away from the basket.

4th quarter nothing much.

This kid has threw the roof potential. If he can get some height he's gonna be unstoppable.

McCutcheon lost 52-30.

Even tho they played pretty badly, I was impressed with Dravyn we should definitely start considering him.
