TERRE HAUTE — An Indiana State University alumnus was among faculty members killed Friday in a shooting at the University of Alabama Huntsville.
Dr. Gopi K. Podila, chairman of the university’s department of biological sciences, earned his doctorate in molecular biology from ISU in 1987, according to online postings of his resume and bibliography.
