Not REALLY defending the Star here but until this year, we had won 2 games in 50+ outings!! I wouldn't be too critical at this point. Like hoops, if we start winning, they will cover us (not good enough but they will). We are now winning, making some news outlets, and now they are covering us. small steps........?!

That was his idea of media relations. If you win, you want coverage. If you're losing, you dont want coverage.

Frankly, I didn't want being 0-12 anywhere where I had to be "reminded" of it. Now that we are winning, bring on the press. I guess it sounds like Beanie, because in this case I truly feel that way. I loved Beanie so I will take that as a compliment. (didn't necessarily agree with his tenure as AD though).
