Yep......would have been a hard offer to pass on. The team where you played, near where you grew up and chances to make it to Omaha pretty good on an annual basis.

I always figured he would go back west, just not this soon. Wish him well. I believe we will see him as a head coach in the college ranks someday... Maybe it means they can hire a pitching coach.
