I am no fan of eminent domain, especially when exercised to build something like a hotel. This, in my humble opinion, is a gross abuse of power and should have people up in arms. If the guy doesn't want to sell, BSU should find something else to do. I understand using eminent domain to build something like a road, but just because BSU is a state entity, they shouldn't be able to use it because they want a hotel...
