I really thought we may take a step backwards this year, but I think we have the potential to be better. Our offense is going to be better I think. Lucas is going to have a monster year after adding 10-15 pounds of muscle. Heilman can really hit and we know Ort is good. Kraemer had a good summer and had 2 pretty good exhibition games. Pearson could break out this year and Burnam is steady.
Pitching is a question mark. If Rea can take that Friday night role, Van Skike Saturday or Sunday we should be alright if we can find that 3rd starter. We have a ton of pitching, don't know if its quanity or quality at this point, but we have options. A lot of left-handers and lots of Freshman.
