Dallas Clark out indefinitely

Clark has a hand/wrist injury that will sideline him indefinitely, sources close to the situation said Wednesday.The length of Clark's absence is uncertain, as is the exact nature of his injury.

"He's being evaluated," Colts coach Jim Caldwell said Wednesday when asked about Clark's injury.

My guess is the Colt's are playing games here. Dallas has gone on record with the locals and has said that he will will be fine and will NOT miss any playing time! We'll see. Colt's are drama queens.

The Colts will lose a lot without Clark and Collie may may end up only missing one game since we have the bye. Clark will be a huge loss, but the Colts will still have a very powerful offense. Wayne, Garcon, Collie and Gonzalez should be healthy after the bye week or atleast the game after.

I guess the Dallas interview I watched was a tad optimistic. The Colt's have lied about him three seperate times before but this injury so there is plenty of prescedent of them doing it but obviously Dallas himself underestimated his own injury.

I'd be VERY surprised if someone didn't step up. These aren't the first injuries we have had. this season or in past seasons. Dallas is by far, my favorite player and I am crushed, but the COLTS have a history of making up for lost playing time, having the next man excel, and winning no matter who plays and they NEVER make excuses. Dallas is just an important cog in the wheel and I hope we can make up for not having him available. His backup won't demand double teams nor will he block like Dallas can.
