If you look at the comments, most will say The Purdue Model is the way to keep numbers up, and cost down. Mention how Universities are building 100 Million Dollar Student Unions, and dorms like an apartment complex. Overspending to attract students.

Personally I'm so glad that I didn't blow my money and go into a bunch of debt for a college education. The only way I would recommend college to anyone is if they 110% know what they want to do for a career and it requires a degree. I'd probably also recommend waiting a year after HS graduation to attend. Go work for a year, try to save some money up, and learn some things about yourself before you go take out some massive loan. There's nothing more insane than an 18 year old that doesn't know their @$$ from a hole in the ground taking out a big student loan.

Very true. I think Universities need to start teaching skilled trade type classes.
