yeah, i knew that those rules were in effect when I worked at Indiana State...

and we all wondered how Ball State and the MAC could stay I-A.
 
Can you imagine needing a donor to pony up $250K for tickets that will never be used just so you can say that you are FBS? Why not just accept what you are and become the best at that level that you can possibly be? The NCAA will never kick any institutions out of FBS because they would not have enough teams to fill all of the bowl slots.
