Here's my personal list.

* Not going to rank MEAC, SWAC, and Ivy League since they refuse to participate in the FCS playoffs.

Also it's interesting how North Dakota is listed as an FCS independent. I'm pretty sure they are going to be playing a Big Sky schedule. but are just ineligible for conference championships. I'm also a little surprised that the MVFC couldn't get them in sooner than 2020. It would be nice if the league could add another school (maybe Murray State) and split into 2 divisions to reduce travel.
