One of the top running backs in the nation and mentioned as a top 5 Heisman finalist is Arizona State running back Cam Skattebo. He is probably the nation's leader in yards after contact as he really lowers his shoulders and explodes through would be tacklers.
In 2024 he has run for 1564 yards and counting as Big 12 champs plus scoring 19 rushing TD's in the process. Over the past two seasons he has 792 yards receiving and even recorded 8 punts in 2023 averaging 42.3 yards/kick.
He played his first two seasons at FCS Sacramento State racking up impressive numbers for the Hornets before his move to Arizona State.

In 2024, that number reached 395.
