The latest estimate is that the game will begin at 5:00 (ET). Here's the official statement from gosycamores.com:

"Weather forced several game time changes and a lengthly rain delay on Thursday and the same holds true for Friday in Peoria, Ill. First pitch has been pushed back to 5:00 p.m. ET, with ISU sending senior Joe Rodriguez to the mound. The game can be heard live on ESPN Radio AM 1130 & 1300 and online at http://www.espnsportsradio.com."
