I'm not sure but it's in the paper this morning. Time Warner Cable always screws their customers somehow. I might make a little call over there this morning.

Switch to satellite and let them know this is why. One thing I've learned though is that cable companies and satellite companies have some of the absolute worst customer service. Eventually, they'll all be out of business as technology advances and the customer service won't do them any favors along the way.

This is what ISU told us yesterday on Facebook:
"We've had some questions this week about the ISU vs. Penn State game not showing up on Time Warner Cable in Terre Haute -- we gave the folks over at TWC a buzz today and they assured us that the Sycamores will be on Big Ten Network on Saturday. They input the guide a week in advance before certain decisions are made about selected games airing in selected areas."
Then somebody mentioned the TribStar story and ISU responded with:
"Chris, what we stated above is what a TWC official said to us on the phone this afternoon... I guess we can hope that the individual speaking to us is correct instead of the one that spoke to the Tribune-Star."
I guess we'll have to see.
