I will not say I told you about Lancaster because I really didn't know (but is he a tough runner and tough kid). Proud of the defense and how they gave us a chance to win. Buck Logan and the line really got a charge when Lancaster went in. I got a feeling the team has wanted him in for awhile now the way we played when he went in.

I agree, I haven't watched any ISU games for about a month, but I did watch the 2nd half once Lancaster came in and was VERY impressed, I can't help but think had he been playing instead of Tonyan we'd have won 1 or 2 MVFC games this year. It sure did seem like the team played a LOT better when Trent came in to the game in the 2nd half. And that goes for both the offense and defense.

Maybe if Trent isn't injured too bad we'll give SIU a game next weekend?

Emotional leader. Plays with his heart on his sleeve. That's what we've been missing all year and Lancaster provided that today. And what do you know - the team started to respond a little and show some life.

I don't normally like to pick out kids, but not enough has been said about #21 this past game. Had a pic and 16 tackles. That kind of play gets contagious. This is one of the many bright spots for this team next year.

Very good point - he deserves a lot of recognition and was all over the place Saturday.
