Since 2014 both teams have just collapsed football-wise.I didn't realize HS football had already started, but wow THN must be horrible to get completely blown out 48-16 by Northview. I always find it pretty humorous when North and South lose to the smaller local schools around here.

I'd hardly call what's happened at those schools a collapse when you struggle that hard to find winning seasons. South had to beat NV in a shootout last year to keep from going 0-2 against the Knights since putting them back on the schedule.
Seems to be really rough at North right now. On their 2nd coach in as many years, only 39 on their varsity roster as of the Jamboree 2 weeks ago. Not sure I've ever seen too many 5A schools with 39 on their varsity roster. I know it wasn't a real game but South Vermillion scored at will on North. Put up 3 td's in a 15 offensive play period to start the evening. And Crispus Attucks handled them fairly well winning 38-10.
Yeah it's sad, not gonna come close to winning a game. Hope the boys hang in there and get better next year.
