Just received a letter from the Alumni Association with a note that Homecoming next year is the first weekend in October, the 6th I think. Any idea whom we will play? At Go Sycamore, it only lists the non-confernce games.

Note to the 72' Sycamores. We are palnning a 40 year reunion of Coach Huntsman last team. The team finished 7-3 and Huntsman called it his best team. The reunion will take place durning Homecoming in 2012.

Might be Illinois State again. We played WIU in 2009 and this year and played Illinois State last year.
I remember the 72 team. That was my senior year.
I know Coach Huntsman's two sons.....
They are interested in doing something at Memorial Stadium to honor their dad in some way. Maybe members of the 1972 team can get together to come up with some kind of plaque or presentation to make to the current program in honor of Jerry Huntsman.
