ISU grad to be a NFL official

No matter :: He will always be the guy who took beakers out of the Industrial Hygiene lab to drink beer from !! Dwinger is a good guy and will represent as competent and fair. He worked diligently to get to this position. I am very proud of my brother and friend. His wife is also an ISU grad.
