ISU-M President is getting a 10% pay raise, as does this compare to Dr. Bradley

The enrollment numbers are not "great" at Ball State, not really bad or anything, but to justify a 10% raise??? I don't see it!! Sounds like a Benji move to me!!!!!

I don't care how much she helped to raise funds for their campaign...that is part of her job anyway. As far as reducing the cut in funding??? Not sure I see how that can be a reason, considering the enormous cut that Ball State took....?? Sounds very odd...wonder if she had a job offer at another institution and Ball State wanted to keep her?

Didn't Dr. Benjamin donate most/all of his deferred pay back to the University?

I know that one time Benjamin was voted a $25k raise when no one else on campus received one... he donated it back to the university to avoid outrage..

Because the board voted no raises for the rest of the campus for like the 3rd year in a row.. Then voted him a raise.. There was unrest on campus about it.

thx -- knew he had 'battles' every year with a different group on campus (faculty, staff, students, etc)
