ISUCC - Live Stats has three of Mann's 5 runs as earned. I'm inclined to think it should be two, but they came in the third inning.

I do agree with everyone that the game is uncharacteristically marred with errors. Maybe the pressure of the streak and playing a ranked team is getting into their head?

Damnit!!!!!! Well, not damnit we won but I left after Illinois went up 10-7. Thats what I get for not believing I guess.

Also, our scorekeeper is the most generous scorekeeper I have ever seen. Jett missed a groundball right at him, ball goes into RF, Ciolli throws to 3b, Fieser then goes to second but overthrows 2B and they give the guy a hit. An error on Fieser, which it was, but Jett doesn't get one on a routine grounder.

Wacko night

Wow, I couldn't believe this game. Pitching strategy was different than what I've seen to-date. Incredible peaks and valleys. I'm glad the end result was good. I'm sure coach wasn't too happy. Now I'm rather befuddled about how the weekend series will go. Maybe we have gotten all of our errors out of our system.

I am STUNNED, SHOCKED, whatever, I too, went to bed when it was 10-7 and figured it was over.

GREAT comeback win and hopefully the winning continues at the Ick this weekend in Wichita!

I am pretty sure the games will all be on radio with notorious WSU broadcaster and valleytalk poster Mike Kennedy at the mic.
