It seems to me as if Maura Muensterman would be worth pursuing. If not she will probably end up playing against us at UE.
She played four years at Evansville Mater Dei High School for head coach Steve Goans ... led MDHS to back-to-back state championships in 2012 and 2013, followed by a runner-up finish in 2014 ... was a runner-up in the 2014 Indiana Miss Basketball voting ... holds the Indiana high school record for career assists (774) while playing the wing position rather than being a point guard ... finished career as the 11th-best career scorer in the history of girls high school basketball in the state of Indiana (2,306) ... is the all-time career leading scorer, male of female, in the history of the Southern Indiana Conference ... a three time conference player of the year honoree and three times earned Evansville's All City Metro Player of the Year award ... earned a spot on the junior and senior Indiana All Star squads during her career ... as a senior averaged 22.5 points, 8.4 assists, 7.1 rebounds, 2.9 steals and 2.7 blocks per game in 2013-14 as Mater Dei finished 28-2 ... known as one of the best shooters in the state as she shot 54 percent from the field and 52 percent from 3-point range during her senior year ... in all her four years, she never averaged less than 22.0 points per game and never shot less than 54 percent from the field overall or 45 percent from beyond the arc ... as a junior. averaged 22.0 points, 9.1 assists, 7.1 rebounds, 3.2 steals and 2.0 blocks per game while shooting 49 percent from long distance ... tallied 22.2 points, 8.1 assists, 7.0 rebounds, 4.7 steals and 2.3 blocks per game during her sophomore year in 2011-12 ... in 2010-11 as a freshman, averaged 25.2 points, 5.3 rebounds, 5.2 assists, 3.6 steals and 1.4 blocks per contest ... also had success as a volleyball and softball player as she lettered all four years in each of those sports ... led Mater Dei volleyball team to four sectional titles and a regional championship, playing into the final four in the state tournament as a senior ... named first team all-conference in volleyball all four seasons and led her team in kills, kill percentage and serving percentage each year ... in softball, earned second team all-state honors and was the Southern Indiana Conference batting champion during her career ... played AAU basketball for Indiana Elite Swish.

Northern Kentucky beat the Lady Redbirds in Normal rather easily, this was just a horrible team.
that women's program is a MESS, sad too, because they have always finished near the top. I hope we never get like that.
