He was (still alive, but no longer with the band) the guitarist for Motley Crue and it turns out he was born in Terre Haute. Not sure why TH doesn't try to advertise that a little more heavily. I feel like everyone, who wasn't born yesterday, knows who they are.

Mick is the 2nd cousin to my ISU track and CC teammate from the 80s Daryl Deal, we traced Mick's family history and it matches up, Daryl never knew
