NCAA admits it cheated in the Miami investigation

This is kind of like when police use illegal means to acquire evidence against a notorious drug lord responsible for numerous murders. Does it make Miami any less guilty? If anything, it just shows how handicap the NCAA is and explains why more universities, including half the SEC, aren't exposed as cheats.
