As a side comment: Most every time a coaching change takes place, there is an inevitable movement of players. The Sycamores and Coach Lansing had NONE when he replaced McKenna.

If the truth is that all players involved were told at some point that these scholarships may be taken back, then I have no problem with this. Still think it looks bad from a PR standpoint and I bet several rival coaches will have no problems reminding recruits of this issue in the future, but again, if the players and families knew this was a possibility then no one has any place to complain.
