Offensive Line

I think one of the biggest issues we've had in recent years is developing offensive linemen. Miles made it an emphasis to bring in linemen early on and here we are all of these years later and we still have issues with the offensive line. Doesn't matter who we bring in, the staff has to be able to work with them and get the best out of their abilities.

Perhaps if Sanford can get a staff to stay more than one year, we'll be able to do just that. I think one of Miles' biggest issues was the fact that either 1) people couldn't stand to work with him for more than a year, or 2) we weren't able to pay enough to keep anyone. I hope some of those issues have been at least partially remedied...
