I know Creighton doesn't live here anymore (here being the Valley) but those spoiled folks and their fancy arena are not having much fun this season in the Big East...............................

OMAHA, Neb. -- D'Vauntes Smith-Rivera scored 24 points and No. 21 Georgetown held Creighton without a field goal for more than 17 minutes in a 67-40 victory Saturday. A 27 point home court blowout loss. :nudgewink:

Creighton is now 10-13 (1-9 in Big East)

Life at the big boy level isn't as easy as anticipated. Too bad Butler has bounced back, was kind of hoping they and Creighton would have to suffer for a while. Baby McDermott isn't exactly tearing it up at the NBA level either.

Yup, creighton jumped shipped and had a once in a life time player with a great supporting cast. Now that they are back to reality it aint looking pretty in cornhusker land. I can honestly see them being mediocre at best year in and year out in that league.

I really don't mind McBuckets and he was hurt for awhile. Don't know if any of you guys watch the NBA but he really hasn't looked bad. He could be a solid SF in the NBA in a year or two.

I don't follow the NBA that closely, especially the Bulls, but looking at the game logs he basically hasn't played since November (knee issue). Larry Bird's rookie season it is not, but that's who he's been compared to, right?
