As you can note by my posting name, I put a lot of value on the effort made. It is the essence of the person. How much heart are you willing to give to get you or your team to the finish line? It is what seperates the average person from the group. The extra effort, a hundred and ten percent as some might call it. When others see you giving what they concider your all and you reach in and find more to give. Harry is a player with heart. He has become a sycamore, a tree with roots that have made him stronger in adversity. There are those that would like to see him fail so that they can be right yet he still can be seen giving his heart to the team. A word of support to Jake when he went down, the drive through the lane to take a hard foul, a yell out to others to keep the pressure on, and the never lay down and quit mentality that every coach would die for. I am extremely proud of what this young man has done as a sycamore and anyone that doesn't pat him on the back for his effort and hard work in practice and during the games should lace up his shoes for a day and see how the world looks through his eyes. You are having one hell of a year HM keep it up. Your effort is contagious I can see it in others on the team. Plant that desire in as many as you can and lets see what happens.
