Ohio Bobcats get a convincing win 41-21 in Myrtle Beach bowl to finish 10-3. Frank So lich restored the Ohio U program to success and it has continued after his retirement. Another MAC team that middling P4 schools won't play.

UTSA OVER MARSHALL 35-17. Some of ISU's coaches were on the previous staff that recruited much of the UTSA roster.

Duke 17 Troy 10. Duke wins again with backup QB .

Northwestern 14 Utah 7. Remarkable season by the Wildcats who lost Coach Pat Fitzgerald to a hazing accusation just before the season opened

Oklahoma State over SEC TAM 31-23. Any SEC loss is due to lack of interest by the SEC Team per Paul Finebaum.

Rutgers 31 Miami FL 24. First ever win by Rutgers over the Hurricane occurs in wet, miserable Yankee Stadium Pinstripe Bowl.

Arizona 38 Oklahoma 24. Big time win by a resurgent Arizona team .

Clemson 38 Kentucky 35. Very entertaining game with multiple lead changes, but I have it personally from Paul Finebaum that the Kentucky team was totally disinterested in playing this game.

Notre Dame 40 Oregon State 8. Steve Angeli's first start at QB was effective to say the least as the Irish demolish the dam of the Beavers.

Boston College stays nearly as home to win the Fenway Bowl over #24 SMU. BEST season by the Eagles in a long time.

Arizona crushing Oklahoma was definitely a surprise (at least to me) as well as the 14-3 Mizzou win over Ohio State. Unfortunately I think a lot of these bowl games are having surprising results because of players sitting out for the draft and the transfer portal.
