I love seeing us go after all of these players from outside Indiana, even a few outside the Midwest. Don't get me wrong. It's always nice to get some great talent from in-state, but to be successful in football we need more than that. Also, thanks for all of the updates.

when they increased the number of out of state scholarships allowed to the football program at the end of the 2010 season.

What will help just as much in the future is when out of state players will be treated as in-state players in terms of scholarship money once they are on campus. Every other MVC team does it that way. And Indiana State was at a competitive and financial disadvantage.
