Holycross has been lights out on the mound
and 3 pitches later Southern Miss hits a homerun....
Big sequence.
Sycamores down 5-2. Had runners on 1st and 2nd with no outs. We hit a BULLET down the first baseline where; but right too the first baseman who snags it and steps on first for a double play. Took all momentum away

yup, yesterday we lose the ball in the fog and they score a bunch of runs on a routine ball. Today we hit a bullet that would of scored at least 1 with runners on 2&3 and no outs, instead it's a double play. They hit a high chopper that bounces a mile in the air and the guy gets on. Next guy has a real nice double but the ball sticks into the wall which allows them to score from first. Just one of those series
