It was a hot and humid Sunday afternoon in Sheridan, Indiana on August 27, 1967. Cold hard rain alternated with hot sunshine making the pavement steamy. I remember it well. My best friend, Becky Boyer got married that day. I believe her best friend also got married that day. She was the bride; I was the groom. She is still my best friend and wife. It has been a great 47 years Becky. I love you!!!
