since we're not playing today thought it'd be interesting to follow some other games.

I was one who totally thought SIU would destroy Purdue, however it's just the opposite, Purdue is destroying SIU 28-3 at the half.

WIU is only down 14-7 to Northwestern at the half.

I expected Pitt to easily handle Iowa, so far that's the case.

new Big 10 member Maryland is up on Syracuse as well, just not right saying Maryland and Big 10 in the same sentence.

Purdue over SIU 35-13, SIU nearly held Purdue scoreless in the 2nd half, Purdue scored with about a minute left in the game. SIU just got off to a bad start with 2 turnovers that resulted in Purdue scores, otherwise this game is much closer.

Northwestern over WIU 24-7, so no wins over I-A schools today for the MVFC

IU leading Missouri 24-17 now

In addition to the Liberty game being on espn3 tonight, the Ball State-Toledo game is also on espn3

looks like the only MVFC schools that will lose today are SIU and WIU, unless MSU loses to Central Arkansas

IU wins, Purdue wins, Ball State on espn3 in a weather delay, Liberty easily winning over Bryant on espn3, they sure do have a nice stadium and an excellent crowd tonight. We'll have to play well to beat them.

Liberty steamrolling Bryant 24-0 in the 2nd. Bryant is actually rated 25th in the coaches poll, I'd guess a bit over rated

Liberty fumbles on their own 6, Bryant scores with under a minute left in the half and all of a sudden it's 24-14 Liberty.

Missouri State wins on the last play of the game, kicking a 53 yard FG to win by 2, UCA scored and went ahead 31-30 with :59 left, MSU drove down with 1 timeout left and scored on the last play of the game, wow,

good day for the MVFC today with just 2 losses to I-A schools.

oh, and Liberty won handily over Bryant.
