In his 1st season in the majors, Ryan Strausborger will be in post-season with the Rangers --- whether he's on the 25-man roster... TBD

It's also highly likely Throwin' Joe (Thatcher) from Kokomo will be in his 1st post-season (after 9 years in the Majors), an outside chance the Astros don't make it but put money on them playing in the Wild Card game next Tuesday vs. the NY Yankees...

Blaise Ilsley will be in his 3rd MLB post-season as the bullpen coach for the StL Cardinals...

Isley was in the 2013 World Series in the same capacity... he has a fistful of MiLB League titles; no doubt he'd love to add a WS Ring to his resume

UPDATE
Tommy John played in 5 Post-Seasons, to include 3 World Series (NOTE: John did not play baseball for the Trees but did take classes at ISU) (1982_California, 1981, 1980_NY Yankees, 1978, 1977_Los Angeles)
Zane Smith appeared in 3 Post-Seasons (1995_Boston, 1991, 1990_Pittsburgh)
Wally Johnson appeared in 1 Post-Season (1981_Montreal)
Clint Barmes appeared in 2 Post-Seasons (2013_Pittsburgh, 2009_Colorado)
Mitch Stetter appeared in 1 Post-Season(2008_Milwaukee)
Junius "Rainey" Bibbs appeared in at least 3 Post-Season in the Negro Leagues, winning titles in 1939, 1940 and 1941.

The Astros re-assigned Throwin' Joe (Thatcher) from Kokomo to the minor leagues yesterday -- I believe that makes him in-eligible for the rest of the Astros post-season games...

Ryan Strausborger was on the Rangers' 25-man roster; he should remain eligible for their post-season...

WHERE ARE THEY NOW?

ISU Legend Wallace Johnson

--- back in his hometown (Gary), running the locally-based Northshore Amateur Sports Academies...
