Thank You and Good Luck Coach Miles

I was just as surprised as anyone to hear about Coach taking the job at GSU, but as many have said in other threads, Coach has done wonders for ISU football, and in my opinion, that's the bottom line. Sycamore Football wouldn't be where it is today without Coach.

Good Luck at Georgia State Coach Miles...I'd rather have you here at ISU but wish you the best in your career.

Agreed!! As much as you want to be mad you can not. Without him would we be talking much football on here? We all kind of figured he would eventually leave. We had a great season this year. We could of easily won 2 more game as lost 2 more. If we go 6-5 this year you would he probably does not get much looked at. Beating the #1 team in the nation and seeing how far he has took us in such short time says alot. With all that thanks for making ISU football relevant again and good luck.

Bottom line, this is what America is about. Work hard, be good at what you do, get rewarded. He proved he could coach and build a program, he got noticed for his abilities and effort and will now be rewarded. I do not begrudge him anything. He came here, and gave us some great things to cheer about and left the program in far better shape than he found it. What more can you ask? We know we will never have a coach stay here for twenty years. You do well, you move up the ladder. Everyone moves on.

Best of luck to Miles and i hope it is just another stop towards a BCS job for him.
