So now we get to see how much this team has improved since early last season when we were without Harry. As the seniors, Reed and Crawford have their work cut out for them, but they have to get this group of younger players to work together and step up their games. Not only do we lose Harry's scoring, but his defense as well.

I will say again as I said in another thread. I will be very surprised if this bunch of players give an inch. They will have to pull it together........key word "together" but they still have Drake, Bradley & Missouri State at home and Wichita, Creighton & Illinois State on the road. They have won fourteen (14) so far and I don't expect they will quit now?

I agree. Yeah, it looks bad, and I'm not expecting much on this two game road swing, but I think the season will end better than we all might think. I just bet there's no quit in these guys...

I know Reed has no desire whatsoever to see any of his teammates go down to injury, but with our top 3 guards (players) out...this is a huge "opportunity" for Reed to lead this team and finish his college career as the point person in more ways than one. I believe he's up to the challenge.
